Is there really a free trial?

Yes! Every new venue gets a full 14-day free trial with all Standard plan features. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, choose the plan that fits — or walk away, no questions asked.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. If you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to the new features. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. For annual plans, we can also arrange payment by bank transfer or BACS.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

No contracts and no minimum term. You pay monthly or annually and can cancel anytime. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Do I need to pay VAT?

Our prices are exclusive of VAT. If your venue is VAT-registered, VAT will be added at the standard UK rate. Most village halls and community centres are not VAT-registered.

What happens when my trial ends?

We'll send you a reminder a few days before your trial ends. If you don't choose a plan, your account will be paused — your data is safe and you can reactivate anytime within 90 days.

Do you offer discounts for charities?

Many village halls and community centres are registered charities. If your venue holds registered charity status, contact us and we'll discuss what we can do for you.

Can I pay annually?

Yes. Paying annually saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
