  1. 0:02

Safety checks are the ones that catch halls out

Set each one up once and the system tells you when it is due, rather than the inspector.

  2. 0:04

Open Safety Checks from the menu

  3. 0:06

    Choose New safety check

  4. 0:09

    Name the check

  5. 0:12

    Say what it involves

Enough detail that a new caretaker could do it without asking.

  6. 0:18

Choose how often it is due

The next due date is worked out from this each time one is completed.

  7. 0:21

Say who is allowed to do it

  8. 0:25

    Save the check

  9. 0:29

    It is on the schedule

The Building Safety dashboard shows what is due, what is overdue, and what was just done.
