    Open Invoices from the menu

  3. 0:07

Every invoice row has its own buttons

View to read it, Edit to change it, and Download PDF to get a copy.

  5. 0:18

    Open Invoices from the menu

  6. 0:20

View shows the invoice and what has been paid

Including any part payments recorded against it.

  7. 0:24

  8. 0:27

    Open Invoices from the menu

  9. 0:30

    Invoice a month of bookings

The big one. It raises an invoice for every hire in a month, per hirer, in one go.

  10. 0:34

That is the job that used to take an evening

A regular hirer with eight bookings gets one invoice covering all of them.
