Turning on two-factor login

1. 0:02

   You hold other people's details

   Names, addresses, phone numbers. A password on its own is thin protection.

2. 0:04

   Open Two-Factor Auth from the menu

3. 0:07

   Scan the code with your phone

   Any authenticator app will do. Google, Microsoft, whatever you already have.

4. 0:10

   Confirm with six digits

   From then on, logging in asks for the code as well as the password.

5. 0:13

   Save your recovery codes

   Print them and put them with the hall's papers. They are how you get back in if the phone is lost.

6. 0:16

   Worth the two minutes

   Especially for whoever holds the treasurer's login.
