  1. 0:02

Every hall has a folder of important paper

The lease, the insurance certificate, the safeguarding policy. This is the digital version.

  2. 0:04

    Open Documents from the menu

  3. 0:07

    Choose New document

  4. 0:09

    Name the document

Put the year in - it saves arguments about which is the current one.

  5. 0:12

    File it under a category

  6. 0:16

Add any notes worth keeping with it

  7. 0:21

    Save the document

  8. 0:25

    It is filed

Documents with an expiry date get chased before they lapse, the same as everything else.
