Everything we have changed, and when
Most of what is on this page started as an email from a village hall. We write these in the same words we send our
halls, so you can see for yourself how often this thing actually moves.
Invoice lines state the start and end time as well as the date - for example "Main Hall, 1 Jun 2026, 10:00am to 1:00pm (3 hrs)".
New feature
Booking times are easier to enter
You can now type dates and times directly instead of using the little arrows, and one-tap buttons (1 hr, 2 hrs, all day) fill in the end time for you.

Colour-coded types of hire on the calendar
Give each type of hire (classes, parties, meetings) its own colour and both your calendar and website calendar use it, so you can see the shape of the week at a glance.
