  2. Generate invoice turns a hire into a bill
  3. Tick several to confirm them together
  4. Everything asks before it acts

Step by step, in writing

The same guide as the video. Tap a time to jump to that moment.

  1. 0:02

The bookings list has more buttons than most

Because a booking is the thing you do most with. Here is what each one is for.

  2. 0:04

    Open Bookings from the menu

  3. 0:07

    See them on a calendar

The same bookings as a month view. Easier for spotting a free Saturday than a list is.

  4. 0:11

    Open the calendar view

  5. 0:15

This is your calendar, not the public one

It shows private bookings by name. The public version hides those.

  6. 0:18

    Open Bookings from the menu

  7. 0:21

Generate invoice turns a hire into a bill

It works out the cost from the rate card, so you are not retyping anything.

  8. 0:26

It builds the invoice from the booking

Hirer, dates, room and rate all come across. You just check it and send it.

  9. 0:29

    Open Bookings from the menu

  10. 0:31

Tick a row to work on several at once

Tick boxes appear down the left of every list.

  11. 0:33

Then Confirm selected, or Generate Invoices

Handy at the start of a term, when a dozen provisional bookings all need confirming.

  12. 0:37

    Nothing here happens silently

Anything that changes or removes a booking asks you first.
