    Who and where, when, what it costs, and anything else.

    Open Bookings from the menu

    Choose New booking

    Give the booking a name

    This is what shows on your calendar.

    Their usual rate card comes across automatically.

    Pick the room

    Only the rooms your hall has set up appear here.

    Set the date and time it starts

    Times are your hall's own clock time - there is no timezone to think about.

    Say how long they have it for

    The finish time works itself out.

    Change it here if this one booking is different from their usual rate.
